Abstract

Eight new diterpenoids of labdane class, leopersin M-Q (1-3, 5, 6), 15-epi-leopersin O and Q (4, 7) and 19-hydroxygaleopsin (8) were isolated from the aerial parts of Leonurus persicus, besides a flavone, genkwanin (9). Their structures were established by spectroscopic means, mainly by 1D and 2D NMR.
