Abstract
Sea of Azov - a kind of physical-geographic type of reservoir. The area of it - least of all the seas of Russia, but with its meaning, it is not the last. The main problems of the Azov Sea are to maintain and increase its value fisheries, protection of waters against pollution and protect the coasts from destruction. A characteristic feature of the sea related to its small size is great variability of weather conditions. Quick change of the hydrodynamic environment in the sea difficult to identify patterns of treatment.
In addition, hydraulic construction in the basins of the Don and Kuban led to a change in the geographical shape of the sea. Therefore, to the fullest, and clever use of its natural wealth, it is important to study and predict the changes of hydrological regime and as a whole.
On the hydrodynamics associated morphodynamics critical processes in the sea, and it is a determining factor in the redistribution of sediment, erosion of beaches.
Study of the hydrodynamics regime is important in development of sand-shells material. Development in the Sea of Azov is in Utlyukskom estuary, on the southern coast, in the Taganrog Bay. Excitement is an important factor in hydrodynamics.
In the Soviet Union in the water area of the Azov Sea were carried out extensive studies «Soyuzmorniiproekt» together with the State Oceanographic Institute, which helped to clarify the basic quantitative laws, and to develop new practical methods for calculating wind waves and sea wave regime.
In these works participated in Sochi wave station «Sea coast» and Moscow Civil Engineering Institute of Kuibyshev. In the modern period, examining the problems of the Azov Sea are involved Southern Scientific Center, Russian Academy of Sciences, specialists of the Southern Federal University, «AzNIIRH», Hydrophysical Naval Institute NASU, Sevastopol.
The level of turbulence research, the dynamics of the Azov Sea can not be considered sufficient. Evaluation of turbulence is given in some cases, visual, with the complexity of queries it has been unsatisfactory. The tasks that needed to be addressed in this paper can be formulated as follows:
1. Analysis of the morphological conditions of the basin the Taganrog Bay.
2. Determination of the design characteristics of the minimum and maximum water level.
3. Calculation of water level in the wind-setup movements in the area of the city of Taganrog, by analysis of field observations.
4. Calculation of the parameters of turbulence.
5. Prediction of recovery of water when the wind surges through the numerical simulation.
6. Practical recommendations for the modernization of facilities coast-coast city of Taganrog.
Knowledge of the wave regime is necessary in addition to scientific research in solving several problems. The enormous creative and destructive work by sea waves. The construction of hydraulic engineering constructions and coast-defences impossible without taking into account the peculiarities of the wave regime. Practical value in the study of turbulence has the litho-and morphodynamics research. The main elevation coastal zone arise and develop under the influence of wave processes. There is a strong link between abrazia and the accumulative action of the wave.
In studies of hydro-and lithodinamics treatment of Taganrog Gulf of the author have been collected and compiled by the meteorological data for 100 years, a geomorphologic map of the study area, are the main wave parameters, determine the number of wind surges.
The data obtained in conjunction with geomorphological studies provided a more complete picture of water and lithodinamics surveyed areas, and will be used in solving several practical problems.
The paper used guidance and development plans for areas of bathymetric, meteorological data Eisk GMS, and GMS Doljanskaya, GMS Taganrog, as well as a number of literary sources as listed at the end of the work.
