Abstract

Python is a widely used programming language for applications, web services and, especially in, scientific computing and data sciences. In context of our project OceanDSL, we are interested in dynamically analyzing the structure of software. Hence we need to be able to monitor it at runtime. The versatile monitoring framework and tool suite Kieker provides the basis for these analysis.

In the presentation, we provide insights in our effort to support monitoring of Python software including instrumentation techniques and probes infrastructure.
